Itinerary
Check in with your tour manager in Johannesburg at Oliver Tambo airport at 16:30. We fly to Venice on Qatar airlines.

Ciao Bella! We arrive in Venice around lunch time. After clearing customs, we continue to our hotel to refresh! A free evening to stroll the streets of Mestre, or make your way to the canals of Venice (Breakfast on board flight)
See all the main sites of of Venice. See the Grande Canal, Rialto Bridge and St Mark Square. You will have free time to wonder around the water canals of Venice. Why not take a Gondola ride?

We depart Venice and head east to Lake Bled where we spend the afternoon. We then make our way to the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana, where you will have free time to walk the streets or just relax after our guided walking tour of Ljubljana.

Today we make our way into Croatia to our first city of Split. A guided tour will show you the old walled city. Walking within the walls we will have a look at Diocletian’s Palace, clock tower,the market and harbour. At the harbour you will find plenty options for boat trips, Game of Throne’s tour just outside the city or small villages to spend your next two free days.

Your first free day in Split. You will have the option of joining C the World on a boat cruise to see more of the coast line and the island town of Hvar, one to remember!

Another free day in Split. Lots of activities on offer! Make your way to the famous Krka waterfalls, or take a day trip to Mostar to see the Stari Most bridge! Alternatively book a cave tour or spend the day laying on the beach and working on your tan. Remember your swimwear. (Breakfast)
Next stop is the Pearl of the Adriatic, Dubrovnik! It's known for its distinctive Old Town, encircled with massive stone walls completed in the 16th century. After we arrive in Dubrovnik, a short walking tour will show you the walls and some of the highlights of the city.

Our first free day in Dubrovnik you will be able to go walk the wall or go up the cable car for an amazing view of the city. A walking tour of all the places where Game of Thrones was filmed within the city limits is also possible. If you have had enough of the city you can also make your way to the beach and soak up some sun. Don’t forget to make your way to one of the sunset bars and see a sunset like you’ve never seen before.

Our second free day in Dubrovnik. Why not join C the World for an optional trip into Montenegro to see one of their jewels, Kotor. There is no country lazier than the Montenegrins, and they are proud of it! Sit back, relax and see the people doing nothing. This city next to the water is truly beautiful and has some Italian influences in the building styles. Bring your comfy shoes and make your way up to St John’s castle for a great view, beware, this is only for the fittest of the fit.

After a relaxed morning we make our way to our next coast line city, Zadar. In the city you will be able to see the Sea Organ, the 5 wells, oldest park in Croatia and Narodni trg (people’s square). Get some rest because tomorrow will be the highlight for most guests on tour!

Plitvice Lakes National Park is is known to few and loved by all who go there! Lakes, waterfalls, streams and rivers will steal your heart. Entrance fee of approximately 21 Euro not included. Do not leave your camera this day! We spend the night just outside the national park.

From the lakes we make a lunch stop in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, Budapest is our last city, surely not the least. We arrive in the afternoon and have dinner together for the last time as a group.

We start the day with a walking tour of the old city of Budapest. We have a look at Elizabeth square, St Steven’s cathedral, Buda castle, Matthias Church and so much more. A free afternoon leaves you the chance to join a hop on hop off bus or cruise on the Danube, visit the Great Market hall for last minute gifts, or visit one of the famous Thermal baths from the naturally warm water in Budapest.

A early morning departure from Budapest to the airport for our return flight to Johannesburg. Our flight departs at 10:20 AM on Qatar airlines.

We arrive back in Johannesburg with a scheduled arrival time of 09:50 AM. Say goodbye to new friends made, and take a lifetime of memories back home.
